All personal information held by NBT is treated as private and confidential. It is used solely by NBT and will not be disclosed to other parties.
Each client will be required to fill in a health and well-being consultation form on arrival, and to confirm there have been no health changes between treatments, clients are expected to be honest to the best of their knowledge. Failure to do so could lead to serious health implications.
If the client knowingly withholds information relating to health conditions, NBT is not responsible for their reactions to treatment or any health implications this may have. Honesty is of the utmost importance.
The client understands that the therapist may refuse to undertake treatment should this be contraindicated due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety and wellbeing of either the client or the therapist.
Each person reacts differently to massage and in no case does NBT guarantee any particular outcome from a treatment or series of treatments.
Therapists reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment to any client, at her own discretion, refuse, discontinue or defer treatment. In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.
Examples of when this may occur include:
If the client is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of treatment;
If the client has withheld or not provided information relevant to treatment;
If the client’s actions, words or behaviour are inappropriate or of a sexual nature;
If the client is threatening, aggressive or violent, or in any way poses a risk to the therapist.
A booking is confirmed once NBT and the client have both agreed a date, time, duration and location for a treatment. This is done through the online booking calendar, over the phone or in person. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your appointment, location information and cancellation policy. Please check this carefully to ensure the date & time are correct.
If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before a treatment, the client will not be charged.
If a cancellation is made within less then 48 hours of the treatment, the client will be expected to pay 100% of the treatment cost.
This cancellation fee may be waived at NBT’s discretion, this is a case by case decision by the therapist.
NBT has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice.
NBT has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill.
NBT has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the client is intoxicated, inebriated or behaving in an inappropriate manner.
NBT commits to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible.
NBT Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or goods.
NBT Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue and must be presented on the day of treatment.
Bookings are by appointment and subject to availability in the normal way.
If the treatment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice the Voucher may become null and void.
All other General terms and conditions apply.
Vouchers relating to a monetary value can be used as payment towards any available, advertised treatments
Vouchers for specific treatments can only be redeemed against the specified treatment.
Vouchers are only valid for one use
Postage will only be charged for vouchers that are paid for online and then posted.
They cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
Offers can only be redeemed between the specific dates offered.
Offers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with gift vouchers or 75% off loyalty card offer.
Offers may not be suitable for all clients depending on health requirements and needs, this is at the therapists discretion.
